All buildings that are built with a 12 gauge steel frame have a 20 year rust through warranty. 12 gauge steel provides more protection from high winds and higher snow loads. All buildings can be certified to any wind or snow-loads required by the municipality you reside in. It's the buyers responsibility to check with their local authorities about these or other issues. Walk in doors and windows can be added as well. Not all buildings have 12 gauge they are also available in 14 gauge frames.
In order to get the rust through warranty on the frame you must upgrade to 12 gauge framing.
We offer 3 different roofing styles. Regular rounded, A Frame Horizontal and A Frame Vertical. A Frame Vertical is highly suggested for areas with high winds or snow. There are 12 different color options. Go to more in options menu at the top of the home page . Scroll down to color chart.. Click on it Building plans are available in some States for free and others at a cost. If you plan on permitting plans are essential. In most places we don't require proof of permitting however there are exceptions to this rule. Any penalties levied against the buyer are their sole responsibility.
